In full promotion of his new cover album entitled ImpostorJulien Doré was this Thursday, November 14, the guest of Léa Salamé on France Inter where there was a very particular theme. “Hello Julien Doré, it’s the day special sex on France Inter and you are our guest today. Do you believe in chance?she asked the singer, who was very destabilized by this naughty question. “I do believe in destiny, but it’s… I really don’t know how to respond to this introduction Léa”he replied, visibly very embarrassed.
The artist revealed in the New Star 17 years ago was much more comfortable when talking about his artistic project: to tell the behind-the-scenes stories of his collaborations with Hélène Ségara, Francis Cabrel and Sharon Stone, but also of his son's involvement in this disk. “I want there to be this idea of transmission that is palpable”explained the singer who wants to be family-friendly far from an overly eroticized image. He also pays tribute to his mother who died two years ago by resuming Mama's Eyes by Kendji Girac. A magnificent song that he performed in the France Inter studio. “It took me a while to get my father to listen to it. Family modesty meant that I was unable to listen to it with him, so I sent it to him. He told me that he regretted for not having kept his messages, his voice. When someone leaves, we have nothing left on your answering machines!”he explained in the columns of Gala last November 7. In Léa Salamé's show, Julien Doré made a brief and rare confession about his private life regarding life as a couple.
