Selling the OC is returning for a fourth season on Netflix.
The reality series has been renewed for Season 4 at the streamer and give viewers more drama from the Orange County real estate world.
“A lot has changed in the real lives of those agents since Season 3, so it’s exciting to get back down there,” series creator Adam DiVello said.
DiVello teased the new season will see “a lot of new faces,” adding the agents “are just crushing it down there.”
Production for the new season is already underway, with a premiere date set to be announced later. The case for the new season has yet to be revealed.
Selling the OC is a spinoff of Selling Sunset following real estate agents from the Oppenheim Group’s Orange County office. The Season 3 cast featured Jason Oppenheim, Polly Brindle, Kayla Cardona, Alex Hall, Gio Helou, Alexandra Jarvis, Brandi Marshall, Tyler Stanaland, Austin Victoria, Alexandra Rose, Alexandra Harper, and Sean Palmieri.
-Since wrapping Season 3, various agents have quit the Oppenheim Group and will likely not return for Season 4. Tyler Stanaland quit the agency to work with his father, who is also in the real estate business. Stanaland was heavily featured in the show’s first three seasons after being romantically linked with co-star Alex Hall following his divorce from Pitch Perfect star Brittany Snow.
Alexandra Jarvis and Sean Palmieri have also quit the agency.
Selling the OC is part of the Selling franchise on Netflix. The streamer recently premiered a spinoff set in New York City titled Selling the City.
