This came in an interview presented by Al Jazeera as part of a report on field details about the Al-Aqsa Flood Battle, where Izz al-Din al-Haddad, a member of the Phalange’s Military Council, reviewed the most prominent milestones and challenges that the resistance faced during planning and implementation.

Al-Haddad explained that the leadership of the Qassam military apparatus has been in permanent session since October 1, 2023, as the final touches were put on the strategic plans and the timing of implementation was set.
