For his part, the stepfather of the young teenager who died of hunger at the age of 13, Jean-Michel Cros, was also found guilty. He will have to serve a sentence of 20 years of imprisonment, more severe than the requisitions of the Advocate General.
Removal of parental authority
The Court also pronounced the withdrawal of the parental authority of Sandrine Pissarra on her last son, who is still a minor and now lives in a home.
