Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, Charli xcx, Doechii, RAYE, Sabrina Carpenter and Shakira lead a loaded, female-dominated lineup of initial performers for the 67th Grammy Awardswhich will be handed out 2/2 at Crypto.com Arena.

Benson Boone and Teddy Swims will also join the fun for the Trevor Noah-hosted show, which will air live on CBS and Paramount+.

Today’s first wave of artists are among the top nominees; Charli has eight, Eilish has seven and Carpenter and Roan have six each.

The Grammys will be produced by Fulwell 73 Productions for the Recording Academywith Ben Winston, Raj Kapoor and Jesse Collins serving as executive producers.

Organizers have pledged that this year’s edition “will carry a renewed sense of purpose” by raising funds for L.A. wildfire relief and “honoring the bravery and dedication of first responders who risk their lives to protect ours.”

HITS plans to approach this era with a renewed sense of purpose as well. Or we would, if we ever had a purpose to begin with.
