Clashes in Rion Montife Roma, last night at around 11 p.m., a group of about 80 people, possibly Lazio fans, attacked about seventy Real Sociedad fans who had arrived in the capital for this evening’s match.
The clashes took place near a place in Via Leonina in the Monti area, where objects were thrown and physical attacks were carried out, including stabbings. Nine Tifosi guests suffered stab wounds, and six of them were transported to Capitoline Hospitals. In detail: One of them has already been discharged from the hospital with a 12-day diagnosis of stab wounds. One of them remains on a conservative prognosis but should not be life-threatening while the third remains in hospital with a 30-day prognosis.
Three other Spanish fans reported a diagnosis between 5 and 8 days ago but were already discharged, while 3 others did not wait for medical treatment and left. The attackers fled before the police arrived. Investigators identified some people near the place where the clashes took place.
