Hi Koura – The past period has witnessed many news indicating that the Spanish sports director, Ramon Blanes, is about to leave his position with the dean, in light of the external offers he is receiving, the latest of which is from Atletico Madrid.
Blanes denied these rumors, confirming that he is staying with the dean. He said after his team’s match against Al-Shabab: “I will not leave. I will continue in my position with Al-Ittihad Club. I love the club and its fans.”
It is noteworthy that Ramon Blanes assumed the position of sporting director of the Al-Ittihad team at the beginning of last year (2024), and he had previously worked in Barcelona from July 2018 until August 2020.
