After the return of three of the seven films Mission impossibletwo new releases were on the program for Thursday January 16 on Prime Video. The streaming platform put the biopic online Unstoppable based on the true story of American sportsman Anthony Robles. Worn by Jharrel Jerome (previously seen in the poignant mini-series In their eyes), the feature film retraces the moving journey of the famous wrestler who rose to the rank of wrestling champion in the first division of the NCAA despite his handicap and his difficult childhood in a violent home. In addition to this film appreciated by the press, Prime Video subscribers have become passionate about The Calendar Killer (or The Calendar Killer and VO). Adapted from a bestselling book by German thriller master Sebastian Fitzek, The Calendar Killer tells the story of Jules, an employee of a helpline for women in danger. One evening, he receives a call from Klara, a young single mother who claims that she will be killed that night by a serial killer nicknamed the “Calendar Killer”. The latter is known for leaving a sinister signature on the walls of his victims' homes: the date of their death written in letters of blood. On the other end of the phone, the mysterious assassin gave Klara an ultimatum: kill her ex-husband Martin or she will be murdered. Faced with danger, she flees in the middle of the night.
