After three weeks of broadcast, the first season of Erica comes to an end this evening on TF1. Carried by Julie de Bona and Grégory Fitoussi, the series follows the steps of Erica Faure, a novelist who finds herself unraveling real crimes by returning to her hometown.
When her best friend dies under mysterious circumstances, she meets Patrick, a somewhat surly police captain. It's love at first sight! After a single night together, the young woman becomes pregnant and the two lovers must reconcile the start of their relationship and this unexpected baby.
A few hours before the broadcast of the last two episodes of this first chapter, can we expect to discover a sequel very soon? According to Grégory Fitoussi, who spoke in the columns of Télé 7 jours, the answer is still vague: “

“With my experience as an actor, I learned to take things day by day. It all depends on so many parameters! It's the public who will decide if they want to see a sequel or not. I think the writers are already working on the next six episodes.”
-He continues: “In any case, it would be a lot of fun for me to continue in the role of Patrick. The principle of a first season is to establish the intrigues and the characters. In the end, I hope that we will want to know more about them and see them in even more incredible situations.”
“I got really attached to the character”
