Ligue 2. AC Ajaccio is still breathing

In a meeting between two of the three poorly ranked in the Ligue 2, l’AC Ajaccio won a precious victory this Friday evening against the Stade Malherbe Caen (2-1).

It was the Normans who opened the scoring through Mendy, shortly after the hour mark. But a furious header from Bamba (70th), from a corner, allowed the Corsicans to get back into the game.

Then, less than ten minutes from the end of regulation time, Kanté delivered the Michel Moretti stadium with a powerful shot.

Thanks to this victory, the ACA is now play-off and is three lengths behind Troyes, who will play Monday against Annecy.
