The BottleRock Napa Valley 2025 festival has unveiled its 2025 lineup, with Green Day, Justin Timberlake, and Noah Kahan set to headline the Memorial Day Weekend event, taking place from May 23-25 at the Napa Valley Expo.

Tickets for BottleRock Napa Valley 2025 will go on sale Tuesday, January 14 at 10 a.m. PT via the official BottleRock website. Prices start at $233 for single-day general admission and $456 for three-day general admission.

Tickets are also available through secondary market platforms such as Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, and StubHub, which offer verified tickets with buyer guarantees.

These resale platforms may offer below-face-value pricing and availability for sold-out days, depending on demand.

Joining the headliners are a diverse range of artists, including Ice Cube, Sublime, Public Enemy, Cage The Elephant, Khruangbin, Kaskade, Sublime, Rebelution, Flo Rida, Sharon Van Etten, Lauren Mayberry of CHVRCHES, Remi Wolf, and Goose, among many others.

The festival will also feature a 4 Non Blondes reunion. The band, best known for their 1992 hit “What’s Up?,” has been largely inactive since disbanding in the mid-90s, making this performance their first official show in more than 30 years. See the full lineup below.
