Here’s the photo all Newcastle United fans are absolutely loving on Wednesday night

The photo that Newcastle United fans had all really really wanted to see Wednesday night at St James’ Park.

Alexander Isak with another two goals, an astonishing run of eight Premier League games where he has scored (at least once!) in each match.

Isak then set Gordon up for the third.

A great committed team performance though and whilst Wolves had their moments, United fully deserved the win, agan!

Another winning snapshot post-match.

Another photo =  The fifteenth of this season.

The Newcastle United Head Coach introduced this tradition of a post-match everybody included photo following each victory, as he felt it had worked as a bonding exercise when he was at Bournemouth.

(It is actually the seventeenth  victory of the season for United but for whatever reasons, no winning photo after the win over AFC Wimbledon. Then at the Emirates last week, I think for sure that no post-match dressing room photo was done due to the fact the Arsenal semi-final tie is only at halfway.)

Eight photos (nine victories!) in a row.

It is also a massive bonus just how much it winds up fans of certain other clubs and journalists.

‘Look at them, think they have won the Premier League / Champions League… etc etc’

Seventeen more Premier League games to go, as well as fingers crossed plenty more cup matches (in both competitions!), so hopefully many more of these photos to come.
