The post-match between FC Bourgoin-Jallieu and Olympique Lyonnais was marred by incidents at the Pierre-Rajon stadium. A few minutes after the qualification of the Isérois (2-2, 4-2 tab), scuffles broke out on the pitch and in the stands. In question, clashes between supporters in front of the Lyon park where 300 OL fans were installed.
Torn seats
Seats were torn from the stands of the Pierre-Rajon stadium and thrown onto the lawn. Several fights took place near the “Marchand stand” but the CRS ended up intervening, using tear gas in particular, and calm returned around 8:30 p.m., about a quarter of an hour after the start of the scuffles.
According to the president of the Berjallian football club Djemal Kolver, there were no injuries to report.
