The first part is to the advantage of Fabien Claude. The Vosges achieves 10 out of 10 and takes the lead after the first shots. There are a lot of mistakes for everyone in this first part of the race because the wind got involved in this chase. Claude was even the only clear one in the top 12 on the first shot.
Turns everything upside down on standing shots
The Blues are a little more weakened because a pack chases them before the standing shots. There are no less than 15 of them in a large group, fighting behind the provisional podium made up of Vosges, Sturla Laegreid and Emilien Jacquelin. But standing will go less well for the French team. No faults, Fabien Claude unfortunately imitates Julia Simon with four faults on the same shot.
Quentin Fillon Maillet and Eric Perrot let go of the last ball of their first standing shot, Emilien Jacquelin took out three. The podium will then escape with the perfect shots of the Norwegians. New errors on the Blues side and the hat-trick is this time for the Nordics. Sturla Holm Laegreid wins a race for the first time this season, winning ahead of Tarjei and Johannes Boe.
