Before the first episode of the 18th season, which will be broadcast on January 2nd at 8:15 p.m. on ZDF, Ronja Forcher gives RUHR24 insights into the parallel world of Instagram and Co. The actress, who has played the role of Lilli Gruber since the series began in 2008 plays, appears in public as a cheerful and extroverted woman.

And that despite the fact that she apparently receives a lot of hate and a lot of insults on social media. “It is still an issue in society when someone has a different body shape than what is praised in beauty ideals. “A lot of the comments are about my extra weight,” says Forcher.

But even as a person with excess weight, she would not take her place. “It is still important to me to take place there and show myself. “I usually leave out politics, as was the case recently in the USA or Austria,” says Forcher. “But I don’t allow myself to be stopped from speaking my mind and speak my mind – that’s important to me.”

The 28-year-old emphasizes that she wants to continue to stay positive. Withdraw from social media? Absolutely not. In addition to acting, Forcher is also a passionate singer. This year she presented, among other things, her new song “Tirol Remix” on Instagram.

Forcher also confirmed in an interview with RUHR24 that she would remain in the series “Der Bergdoktor” on ZDF. As part of the 18th season, ZDF is showing eight new episodes of the series every Thursday at 8:15 p.m. (read more about “Der Bergdoktor” at RUHR24).
