(ABM FN-Dow Jones) The Pershing Square Holdings share will disappear from the Damrak. The fund announced this on Thursday, after receiving approval from Euronext Amsterdam.

The application for the so-called delisting was submitted on December 4.

The last day of trading in Pershing is January 30. The delisting will become a fact on January 31.

Pershing Square Holdings remains listed on the London Stock Exchange.

“The board considered this move because our secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange now represents more than 90 percent of our trading,” founder Bill Ackman said in November. But at the time he also mentioned the events surrounding the football match between Ajax and Maccabi Tel Aviv.

“Concentrating the listing on one stock exchange, the LSE, and leaving a jurisdiction that is failing to protect its tourists and minorities combines both good business and moral principles. In addition, we can save money and improve liquidity for shareholders “, said Ackman.
