Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Tristan Jarry is scheduled to start Monday’s home contest against the Metropolitan Division rival Philadelphia Flyers at PPG Paints Arena.
Coach Mike Sullivan announced Jarry’s status following a morning skate in Cranberry.
In 15 games this season, Jarry has a 7-5-2 record, a 3.51 goals against average and an .885 save percentage.
Throughout his career, Jarry has faced the Flyers in 18 games and has posted an 11-4-2 record, a 3.06 goals against average and an .895 save percentage.
Notes:
• Rookie defenseman Owen Pickering was placed on injured reserve due to a concussion he suffered during a 3-0 road loss to the New Jersey Devils on Saturday. In 14 games this season, the left-handed Pickering has two points (one goal, one assist) while averaging 15:47 of ice time per contest.
• Per Sullivan, defenseman Marcus Pettersson worked out on the ice before the morning skate. The left-hander is currently designated to injured reserve and has missed the past three games due to an undisclosed ailment.
• Defenseman Nate Clurman was recalled from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League (AHL). A right-handed shot, Clurman has five points (one goal, four assists) in 14 AHL games this season.

• Per the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Flyers are scheduled to start goaltender Sam Ersson. In 16 games this season, Erssson has a 7-5-2 record, a 3.09 goals against average, an .881 save percentage and one shutout.
Throughout his career, Ersson has faced the Penguins in two contests and has posted a 1-1-0 record, a 2.94 goals against average and a .903 save percentage.
