Valls, Borne, Darmanin… The transfers of power continue this morning

Hello everyone, welcome to this political live of December 24. After ten days of consultations led by François Bayrou, the composition of the government was announced yesterday evening.

Among the notable arrivals, former Prime Minister Manuel Valls becomes Minister of Overseas Territories. Élisabeth Borne, also a former tenant of Matignon, becomes Minister of National Education, Higher Education, Research and Digital Affairs.

For his part, Gérald Darmanin returned to the government and became Minister of Justice.
