A sunrise, the first fruits of the season, an aperitif by the sea… I know how to enjoy simple things. I give myself the means to be happy”.
A fight against addictions for a better life
Karine Le Marchand also owes her happiness to small everyday victories such as the fight against her addictions. Always with frankness, the M6 host confided on her Instagram account that she had succeeded in quit smoking 15 years ago.
“What freedom we feel when we no longer need anything to manage our emotions”.
Stopping this bad habit has completely
transformed Karine Le Marchand and her daily life in many ways. “Little by little, we see that it is better to run, scream, cry, break toxic relationships… My health is my life capital, and nothing and no one will ever take away from me what I have left to accomplish and feel”. A break also consumed with chocolate and Coke thanks to the practice of hypnosis.
