Upset by the failure of her last album, Yseult rants

After the success of his song Corps and her performance at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Yseult released a new album called MentalSeptember 20, 2024. Faced with the failure of this opus in France, the singer did not hesitate to express her dissatisfaction.

Yseult is not afraid to say what she thinks. Faced with the failure of this new opus in France, the one who performed during the closing ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games wrote on her account X (formerly Twitter) on December 16: “Mental is one of the best projects released in France this year. Those who disagree, choke.” A tweet to which Anne-Elizabeth returned, asking her if she was angry.

“No, why angry? I didn’t say that at all, I said that my project is one of the best French albums released in 2024. Who will say the opposite? I’m not forcing anyone to go listen to it, but I’m just telling the truth because it’s a great project that is close to my heart. I think that every normally constituted human being aspires to more for themselves and their projects. I am ambitious”, she replied. Tuning, Trance, Suicide, GASOLINA..” Before continuing: “Could you give me an example of a similar project in France? I’m serious because the way you’re snoring on this project is hot.” The singer also wondered if France deserved “truly power, heart and love” that she gives on stage. “Or is my project really broken, you are making me doubt it completelyshe continued. Can’t wait to start my tour in the US and Europe because I absolutely have to answer my question.” Comments which attracted the wrath of certain Internet users.
