What have you noticed in your community?

The Vigie slum had around 10,000 people, the second largest concentration of people in a very precarious situation on the island, after that of Kawéni. The most vulnerable people lived at La Vigie. I have been elected here since 2001, I know my population, my neighborhoods by heart. However, I notice the silence. I only see children staring into space. Where are the people? They lived in tin huts, without a base. There is nothing left but silence. Around me it feels like a bomb has exploded.
