Chlöe and Halle Bailey are two insanely talented artists. But it seems of late that their respective careers are taking a backseat to the men that they’re dating and the drama that comes from it.

The Bailey sisters found themselves the talk of the town again on Tuesday after pictures of Chlöe and popular Afrobeats singer Burna Boy were spotted partying together and looking rather cozy in Lagos, Nigeria.
In one videothe “Have Mercy” singer can be seen dancing in front of Burna at a club while wearing his signature diamond chain. In anotherthe two are leaving together hand in hand as Burna opens the car door for her to get inside before they make their exit.
In additional photos and videos posted by one of Burna’s fanpages on Instagram, the two can be seen spending some time together as Burna introduces the “Treat Me” singer to different people.
While this seems all fine and dandy on the service, once the footage and pictures began to circulate many hopped on social media to air out their issues with Chlöe and her sister and their alleged proclivity to dating or being romantically linked to arguably problematic men.
Prior to Burna, we all know that Chlöe was rumored to have been involved with rapper Gunnawho was infamously tied up in the seemingly never-ending YSL trial that took place for over one year. We also know about the petty drama that ensued in the relationship between Halle and her now ex-boyfriend and fellow rapper/YouTuber DDG.
And now that Chlöe is linked to Burna, many are sounding off and warning her against him citing rape allegations that also went viral on X/Twitter back in 2022.
“Halle and Chloe Bailey’s choices in men? I thought DDG was a lapse in judgement but it does indeed just run in the family— because Burna Boy?!? Come on bro,” wrote one user on X/Twitter.
“Chloe and Halle’s obsession with loser, degenerate males. Especially that Chloe babe. It’s really so sad that everytime she interacts with a male, it’s one of the biggest scums of earth, never a normal boy,” said another.
“Who raised Chloe and her sister LMAO,” another user questioned.
“i’m already trying to save halle from ddg i can’t be in two places at once,” another joked.
However, there were some users who came to the sisters’ defense and argued that people should leave their parasocial relationships to them at the door and that they should be given the freedom to explore and date just like any other young woman would.
“Why are y’all so invested in the men Chloe and Halle date?! These women are not children. Get out their damn business,” another user said.
“Chloe is doing exactly what she should be doing. She is young, rich, bad af and dating while not having these niggas babies. Too bad her lil sis wasn’t influenced,” one other user wrote.
Added another, “Being young is about having experiences Chloe is having an experience. as long as the experience doesn’t become permanent she’s fine but she’s doing what she should at her age, having fun and milking it.”
Regardless of where you stand, it should definitely be stated that neither Chlöe nor Burna Boy has officially come out to confirm that they’re dating so all this talk could really be for nothing. But if it is true, it’ll definitely be yet another relationship that gets the people going.
