They had certainly come for the singing lessons, taught this year by the lyrical singer Sofia Morgavi, but the academicians of the 2024 class of TF1's TV hook also had to do violence in other classes. They knew the deal: in addition to working on their main organ, they include other disciplines in their working hours such as dance, theater and… sport! The cursed course, promo after promo. Nine weeks have passed now and even the angriest have admitted to being attached to these moments with Ladji Doucouré. Early morning lessons…
To the Star Academythe pace is frantic. Classes and rehearsals follow one another to prepare each week for evaluations and weekly bonus tables. A pace that is difficult to manage, and sleep-ins that are rare, so rare that some students rush to their classes in the early morning and forget to put their eyes back to the holes. During a sports session, the 21-year-old singer arrived at sports class… in slippers! “There, that made me laugh. I saw on the live show that she had prepared well for her sports session. Even depriving themselves of breakfast to arrive on time, while others stuffed themselves. She had just forgotten to put on her shoes…”, he explains.
A rigor of work that he appreciates in the students
Anxious to see them struggle, Ladji Doucouré does not hesitate to reframe the academicians who are a little too grumpy.
