A candidate true to her roots

Proud of its Burgundian roots, Saint-Agnanaise wants to “bear loud and clear the colors of the region with values of sharing, authenticity and kindness, while embodying the character and elegance that make the reputation of our great raw,” she confides. On stage, during the previous stages, she was able to show her oral ease, her ease in expressing herself in front of an audience. A committed woman

These last few months have allowed us to better discover the candidate, a committed woman. Before the summer, she spoke before the students of the Saint-Agnan and Pasteur de Gueugnon schools, to talk about school bullying, a fight that is particularly close to her heart, as is access to education for all. A few weeks later, Clara Diry, very sensitive to the animal cause, devoted two half-days to the Jean-Roche animal shelter in Montceau-les-Mines. She was also present for Pink October, at the start of the La Téméraire walk and race in Charolles. “Lending my voice to draw attention to these topics and supporting the work of those engaged in them is very important. My status and social networks are a good way to offer them more visibility,” she says.

A determined person

This Saturday evening, Clara Diry will proudly wear the colors of her region. “We know that the Miss France adventure is only once in a lifetime. So the watchword is to make the most of representing Burgundy in the best possible way. Sophie, the big sister, was elected Miss Burgundy in 2019 and won the title of third runner-up to Miss France 2020.

Public vote: every SMS is important

While waiting for this Saturday's election, excitement is growing in Charolais, particularly in Saint-Agnan, a village of nearly 700 inhabitants where the Diry family lives. An exceptional evening is organized in the village hall, with a live broadcast of the show presented by Jean-Pierre Foucault. In a video on our website, Clara speaks to our readers. “I can’t wait to be on stage and be able to defend our Region. But for that, I need you and your votes to go as far as possible. If I am lucky enough to be selected in the top 15, I will need as many votes as possible to then win this crown. I think it's high time we brought her back to Burgundy, so I'm counting on you. »

“All votes by SMS will be important because for several years, this public vote has been decisive for accession to the crown,” insists her big sister Sophie, who puts all her expertise at the service of her little sister.
