Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, the current Saudi Al-Nasr player, previously warned of what might happen with Frenchman Kylian Mbappe after his move to the ranks of Real Madrid.
So far, Mbappe has not performed half the level he showed last season with Paris Saint-Germain, and his performance is completely far from the level he is known for over the past years.
Kylian directly caused Real Madrid’s loss yesterday against Athletic Bilbao in the match held at San Mames Stadium, after he missed a penalty kick that was saved by the goalkeeper.
Social media sites have recirculated a previous clip of Cristiano Ronaldo, from a video he posted on his YouTube channel, in which he talks to Rio Ferdinand.
In his previous interview, Ronaldo said: “Let’s see if his mind will be clear and healthy, and if he can handle well the pressure he will face, because Real Madrid is not Paris Saint-Germain.”
He added:“Would Real Madrid be better with him? We don’t know. We have to see, but I think Real Madrid will still be strong, but I’m not sure if it will be better than last year.”
