Falling float leaves 13 injured during Christmas parade
The fall of a metal structure in the shape of a bird pulled on a float left 13 injured, Saturday November 30, 2024, during a Christmas parade in Trouville-sur-Mer (Calvados).
During this night parade, a float fell on a bend. He came across people watching the show. There were hundreds of spectators for this nighttime parade and the accident took place around 7 p.m.
Of the 13 injured, 2 were transported to Caen and Le Havre and 9 others to nearby hospitals. Two were left behind.
