Lindsay Lohan’s dad, Michael Lohan, is setting the record straight on whether his famous daughter has ever gone under the knife after her recent glow-up sparked speculation about what work she had done.
“Lindsay never had any plastic surgery done ever,” the former Wall Street trader, 64, tells Page Six exclusively before conceding that the “Mean Girls” star, 38, has done “peels, fillers and Botox.”
“Her look [is] so natural — just like her talent,” the proud dad gushes, adding that he thinks it is “disgusting” for people to “propagate false narratives” about whether stars have had any nips and tucks.
Prior to Michael speaking out, online chatter was abuzz over Lindsay’s youthful appearance lately.
“Lindsay Lohan glow up needs to be studied,” one fan recently commented on X.
“Specifically dying to know the Lindsay Lohan procedures. She has never. Ever. Ever looked better,” another social media user chimed in. “Someone please tell us and the doctors name and phone number as I would like to book my appt for 5-7 years from now. Maybe sooner given how amazing she looks.”
Page Six then pooled a group of cosmetic surgery experts who have never treated Lindsay themselves but shared how others can achieve a more refreshed look like the “Freaky Friday” star.
Jeune Aesthetics founder Pamela Weinberger told us, “The secret sauce here is balance: skilled injectors and surgeons working together for a ‘natural-but-better’ look.
“The best work should look invisible. The magic is in how far technology and artistry have come.”
Dr. Ramtin Kassir, renowned all over the world for his rhinoplasties, said he did not think Lindsay got a nose job but likely undid many of the bad fillers she previously had.
Meanwhile, Dr. Ari Hoschander of KH Plastic Surgery in New York City reaffirmed what the star’s father told us, stating, “She did not have a facelift of any type.”
“I believe she just lost a bit of weight,” the board-certified plastic surgeon added.

Weinberger advised that fans of Lindsay’s appearance should follow the “holy trinity” of glow-ups: eating clean, vitamins and probably some peptides and NAD.
“Start with a healthy lifestyle,” the medical injector said before joking that it’s “yes, boring” but “essential.”
The experts also credited the “Parent Trap” star’s smoother skin to resurfacing lasers, microneedling and chemical peels — the latter of which Michael confirmed.
Although Lindsay herself has not commented on her alleged cosmetic procedures, she recently gave some insight into the simple skincare routine she follows.
She listed Avène Redness Expert Soothing Moisturizing Concentrated Cream or the brand’s Tolérance Control Soothing Skin Recovery Cream as some of her go-to items.
The mother of one, who welcomed her first child with husband Bader Shammas last year, also recently shared on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” that her “hack” is “beauty sleep.”
