All fans of Love is in the meadow dug their noses into their handkerchiefs when they discovered this Monday, November 25, the gentleman farmer Mickaël getting down on one knee in front of his partner Nadia and a shocked Karine Le Marchand. “My love, with your 1.85m of optimism, your 53 years of joy of living, you are my alter ego, you are me. My love, your beauty is so beautiful that it brightens my heart every morning when I wake up. My love, your sweetness soothes me, your purity makes me happy. My love, you are the woman I dreamed of having but never thought I would meet“, he said, rosy with emotion before asking for her hand.
The blonde obviously didn't resist and was shocked to discover the discreet solitaire purchased by Mickaël to celebrate their engagement. Since the big reveal, the couple has responded to numerous requests from the press and explained where they stand. The ceremony will have to wait a bit – Mickaël has a professional project that is close to his heart to put in place first. However, the lovers move forward calmly and already know where and how the wedding will take place.
Love is in the meadow : a frame-up against Nadia?
In the columns of Allociné, they talk behind the scenes of the filming. And if Nadia in no way regrets the adventure which allowed her to meet the man of her second life, she considers that the editing was not completely faithful to the adventure experienced. “ There is a bias which has been to show me a little cold, a little distant, etc. It's part of my personality, obviously, because I have this shell and I'm aware of it at the start, when people don't know me, I put a little distance. But I think thatthey emphasized this a little too much in the first episodes and showed a very sweet, shy Rozenn, etc..” And added: “Well, why not? With all the hours of filming there is, ultimately, there is very little that is shown on screen. Sometimes it feels weird. Then, we say to ourselves that after all, it's their choice, it's their editorial line. It’s a TV show above all, we are aware of that. The main thing is what we both experience.”
However Nadia doesn't blame Rozenn who, according to her, was more in the “competite”. “Me, I especially wanted to meet Mickaël and remain kind to Rozenn to make sure it goes well. I think initially she was a lot more stressed than I was.” Nadia, full of her new happiness, wishes, without acrimony, all the happiness in the world to the Breton: “In the end, she understood that I only wanted good for her. So the week went very well. When she left, I felt for her because she deserves love. (…) I hope she finds someone who matches her.” That’s all the harm we wish him!
