NARRATIVE – The men accused of having kidnapped and attempted to extort Paul Pogba had forced him to let them benefit from his partnership with Adidas. Shortly after his kidnapping, in March 2022, they robbed the Champs-Élysées store for several days.

On March 26, 2022, Paul Pogba showed up, accompanied by two friends, the wife of one of them, and two children, in the Adidas store on the Champs-Élysées to… rob the shelves. At the time, the episode of his confinement had not yet been publicized and the footballer displayed a facade of joviality to his interlocutors within the sporting goods brand.

For several days, however, the one we nickname “The Pickaxe” lives under the constant pressure and constraint of five childhood friends. The threatening group, as well as two mysterious armed robbers, order him to pay the sum of 13 million euros. Among them are the two men who accompanied him that day to Adidas: Machikour K. and Adama C. Both appeared this Tuesday, alongside four others, for having kidnapped and attempted to extort Paul Pogba – including the brother of the footballer, Mathias Pogba, fired for “attempted extortion”…
