Monday November 25, 2024, viewers of Love is in the meadow were treated to an episode full of twists and turns. The farmers of this 19th season met to take stock of their adventure, in an idyllic setting at the Arcachon campsite. While some came alone, others left their mark with unexpected announcements or moments of intense emotion.
A life together for Stéphane and Nelja
Stéphane, the sheep and suckler cow breeder, showed up for the assessment well supported, against all expectations. After a journey marked by a certain distance with his suitors Nathaly and Vanessa, it seemed obvious that he would arrive alone. However, it was on the arm of Nejla, a 38-year-old mother from Vosges and bank employee, that he surprised everyone. Nejla, whose letter had not been received in time to participate in the show, still tried her luck by contacting Stéphane directly. The latter, charmed by her approach and her personality, found his soul mate in her.
It was all smiles as Stéphane's companion arrived in the chairs to join a Stéphane who was moved to tears. “I don’t know why”he confessed while hiding in the arms of his lover. If Nejla found her other half in Stéphane it's because she was also looking for someone to be with “stuck all the time”. Fusion and accomplices, Stéphane and Nejla plan to move in together and renovate their house to accommodate their blended families. “I’m so happy”exclaimed Karine Le Marchand, delighted for this unexpected couple.
Nejla is causing a sensation among Internet users
If Karine Le Marchand didn't expect it, Internet users even less so. If they were filmed on their sofa, they would probably have appeared on screen speechless. On Twitter, they did not hide their surprise. “It’s a miracle that Stephane finds a girl who seems so good and who puts up with it!” writes one of them. Others highlighted Nejla's physique and presence: “Damn, she’s so beautiful and she speaks really well!” This unexpected revelation left more than one happy. “This affair is incredible: she lives near him, they correspond, I am delighted with the happy ending for Stephane”, admits a viewer.
