The General Authority of Meteorology announced the weather conditions, weather phenomena, and expected temperatures today, Monday, November 25, 2024, noting that today’s weather is unstable, witnessing a drop in temperatures, rain falling in the north of the country, active winds, and disturbances in maritime navigation.
The Authority explained the weather phenomena expected today as follows:
– Temperatures continue to drop in most parts.
– Wind activity in most parts, which increases the feeling of cold weather.
– Disturbance of maritime navigation in the Mediterranean Sea, wind speed (70:50 km/h) and wave height (5:3 m).
– Disturbance of maritime navigation in the Red Sea and Gulf of Suez, wind speed (60:50 km/h) and wave height (3:2:5 m).
– Moderate rain on areas of the northeastern coast at intermittent intervals.
– Light rain, which may be moderate, on areas of the northwestern coasts, Lower Egypt, central Sinai, the canal cities, and separate areas of Greater Cairo, extending light to areas of northern Upper Egypt at intermittent intervals.
The Meteorological Authority stated the expected maximum and minimum temperatures today, as follows: Greater Cairo 19 degrees and low 14, Great Alexandria 18 and low 15, Great Matrouh 19 degrees and low 15, Great Sohag 22 degrees and low 14, Greater Qena 22 degrees and low. 15, Aswan, the high is 22 degrees and the low is 15.
