This youngest was born from his union with Carla Bruni, married in 2008 at the Élysée Palace.

Her daughter was born in 2011, and her mandate ran until 2012. For a year, little Guilia lived in the Élysée Palace.
Nicolas Sarkozy told Guillaume Pley that not long ago, he wanted to please his daughter. One day, the latter had in fact asked her to return to the place where she had grown up as a baby. A desire he fulfilled:
« I called President Macron, we were going to have lunch together, I told him: “My daughter would be happy to see the room where she lived. »

Unfortunately, her daughter was very disappointed with the appearance of the place. According to her father, she expected something more grandiose. “ He let us into the private apartment, my daughter was very disappointed, she thought there was gilding everywhere, for her it was a palace. It’s not the Palace of Versailles either, she was disappointed by the banality of the president’s apartment” confided the one who shares his life with Carla Bruni.
Further in the interview, the former President of the Republic confided in his immeasurable love for his daughter.
« She is very important like all my children, she has a big place, she has great authority, she has her mother's class, she is very mature and she knows very well how to get everything she wants from me, in one word, I am very weak, extremely weak” he blurted out, assuming he was a daddy hen.
