The SNCF had announced that the Train circulation was suspended on all Normandy lines (Nomad) this Friday, November 22 morning. “A snowy episode accompanied by strong gusts of wind caused damage to our lines.”
At midday, Paris – Rouen connections; Rouen – Dieppe; Le Havre – Bréauté – Fécamp are operational again. Traffic has gradually resumed between Rouen and Le Havre since 1 p.m.

Already the day before, many trains had been canceled due to a strike to which were added the weather conditions.
The Normandy region announced the shutdown of all lines of the NOMAD Car network (school and commercial), Thursday November 21, in the departments of Orne, Manche, Calvados and Eure.
This Friday, the suspension was maintained until at least 12 p.m. The lines have gradually resumed in Eure and Seine-Maritime since 2 p.m. “The suspension is maintained in the departments of Manche, Orne and Calvadosthe state of the secondary network does not allow a resumption of service.”
At the end of the morning, the Seine-Maritime prefecture indicated that the ban on school buses was lifted from noon for “allow interns to return home for the weekend.”
In Seine-Mairitime, the Astuce network school lines will also not run this Friday (lines numbered 100, 200 and 300) as well as lines 526, 529 and 530 and the Filor lines. Disruptions to be expected on the rest of the network.
In the five departments, a prefectural decree had prohibited all circulation of trucks weighing more than 7.5 tonnes. “until further notice”. The Seine-Maritime prefecture indicated that the ban was lifted this Friday noon. However, it remains maintained in Eure.

In Calvados, 35 volunteers from approved civil security associations went to meet truck drivers parked in storage areas and distribute hot drinks.
In the Some : firefighters have intervened five times since this morning for car accidents linked to snow, including two on the A84.
In Seine-Maritimethe firefighters took stock of the night on various interventions:

In the Calvadosmore than 50 firefighters were involved in interventions on Thursday, November 21, “mainly minor road accidents and people stuck in their vehicles”specifies the prefecture.
