A Blablacar company bus overturned during the night of Thursday 21 to Friday 22 November. The accident occurred on the A6B motorway near Chevilly-Larue (Val-de-Marne), reports RTL. On a slippery road, a motorcycle fell. To avoid it, a car braked suddenly. Behind her, the bus took everything away. He turned around before crashing into several vehicles in his path. According to the SAMU, more than twenty people were injured, including five people in absolute emergency.
“We heard screams at one point and I felt the bus skidding. It crashed onto the ground, onto some cars”testified one of the bus passengers on CNews. “The road was slippery, but the driver was going a little fast. He wanted to brake, but as it was slippery, he skidded”said another passenger. Faced with the scale of the accident, passengers were marked. “Personally, I was shocked. I was afraid of dying”assured a third passenger.

The Minister of Transport, François Durovray spoke on BFMTV about the accident. “The exact circumstances of this accident are not known, I asked the firefighters concerned to provide me with information”he indicated. The minister also mentioned an initial human toll. “Unless I am mistaken, there are no deaths in this accident. I am expecting information any minute”he added. 24 departments are still affected by the orange snow-ice vigilance, including Val-de-Marne.
