The Normandy region announced in particular the continuation of the suppression of school and commercial transport lines on Friday, at least until noon, in Calvados, Manche, Orne, Eure and Seine-Maritime, “in view of the weather developments and in particular the risk of icy conditions tomorrow morning”.

A possible resumption of traffic in the afternoon
The authorities hope for a gradual resumption of traffic during the day. “The Region will do everything possible to ensure, tomorrow afternoon, a partial resumption of school lines so as to allow boarding students to return home. Regarding commercial lines, a partial recovery is also hoped for tomorrow afternoon, following a situation update which will take place at the end of the morning.
In Seine-Maritime, intercity and school transport traffic is canceled for the entire day on Friday. At this stage, Normandy schools remain open to welcome students.
