Israeli communist MP Ayman Odeh expelled from Knesset for denouncing Benjamin Netanyahu's crimes

His crime: denouncing those of Benyamin Netanyahu. From the podium, on Monday November 18, he declared that the Israeli Prime Minister is a “serial killer of peace”, criticizing the attacks on the Gaza Strip.

“There are 17,385 babies in Gaza that your system has killed, of which 825 were less than a year old (…) There are 35,055 orphaned babies in Gaza. Their blood will haunt you”, he attacked, attracting lazzis from the benches of the extreme right. Last week, the Knesset Ethics Committee suspended for six months another Communist MK, Ofer Cassif, who had also vilified Israel's colonial policies.
