It was only a few days later that the two men were able to be identified and placed under the status of assisted witness for “failure to assist a person in danger”
Results of the accident: three injured, including a 27-year-old woman who lost her child. Pierre Palmade risks up to 14 years in prison and a fine of 150,000 euros.
