He must answer for the consequences of the accident that occurred in February 2023. She remembers the day before the accident, where she shared her first night in her new apartment, with her partner. “For me, starting my family was something that had a lot of value“, she said. This day, her husband is absent from the courtroom, impossible for him to face “the looks and the person who is the cause of the death of (our) child“.

This misfortune was most difficult to overcome for her, for the couple. Although she thought about leaving, no longer feeling capable of this future, Mila held on. And two months ago, she even gave birth to a little girl. More than 20 months after the accident, she is still undergoing physiotherapy sessions, still suffers from a detached shoulder blade, but has fortunately had the pleasure of becoming a mother. When she talks about this child, born after this accident, she confides. “I was on antidepressants until my pregnancy. I stopped when I found out and was followed by two psychiatrists.” She does not hide the difficulty of this very special moment. “It was a very painful pregnancy for me. I was unable to bond with my child during pregnancy“, she admitted.
“I had less chance of getting pregnant. Getting pregnant quickly is a miracle for me.“, she clarified.
