That’s it for autumn. Many places in Germany already look wintry or are expected to become icy in the coming days. Where there were just colorful autumn leaves hanging on the tree, the wind now swirls the branches around and snowflakes fill the air.
Winter is making its way forward in many regions of Germany. In some places the winter service has already been deployed, especially in the north.
