YEAH TIDJANE! Only two French people on the floor last night, two Hornets players. Hornets who also lost in Brooklyn, but who achieved some great little things, notably Tidjane Salaün. We take stock.
NBA results of the night
- Celtics – Cavaliers : 120-117 (stats)
- Nets – Hornets : 116-115 (stats)
- Grizzlies – Nuggets : 122-110 (stats)
- Mavericks – Pelicans : 132 – 91 (stats)
- Spurs – Thunder : 110 – 104 (stats)
- Lakers – Jazz : 124-118 (stats)
Tidjane Salaün
Opposed to the Nets, the Hornets were able to count on their French rookie, Tidjane Salaün, to bring his touch into the game. The 6th choice of the 2024 Draft had the balls to express himself and did not have to be asked to play them. We now want a little more consistency, coming from him as well as from his team, not always the first to give him the ball. In total? 11 points on 2/2 shooting including 1/1 on 3-pointers and 6/7 on shots, 8 rebounds, 1 assist and 2 blocks in 15 minutes!
Moussa Diabaté
For once, Moussa was less visible than his compatriot from Charlotte. 7 rebounds, 1 block at 0/2 shooting in 16 minutes for the Hornets vacuum cleaner.
