The transfer of “the exceptional end-of-year bonus known as Christmas bonus” sera “performed on Friday the 13th December”announced Tuesday November 19 in West France the Minister of Solidarity Paul Christophe. In this interview, the minister specifies that the beneficiaries of this bonus will be able to see this payment appear “in their bank account between December 14 and 16.”
Paul Christophe explains that the amount of the premium “will be 152.45 euros for single people, plus 50% when the household is made up of two people, whether a spouse or a child, and another 30% for each additional child”. This exceptional end-of-year bonus is reserved for the most modest households, benefiting from certain social minimums.
Last year, according to the Service-public website, it was paid to those who had received it in November or December “active solidarity income, specific solidarity allowance or retirement equivalent allowance”. It is the organizations which pay these allowances, such as France Travail, the Caf or the MSA, which pay the Christmas bonus.
