LThe impossible formation of Arizona at the federal level does not only make people unhappy. We even know some in the Brussels political world who hope that this will last for a while, and for good reason: as long as the federal government comes and goes to the King, the agonies of the formation of the Brussels government are almost forgotten. But all it takes is for a political bomb to explode on the territory of the Region to shine a light on the minefield that Brussels – its Region and some of its 19 municipalities – has become since the elections. Five months after June 19, the Brussels Region is still without a new government, and two months after October 13, two municipalities are without a majority with a third where we could go to vote again.
