“The prevarications of Western countries are costing the Ukrainians thousands of lives”denounced David Franck, advisor to French people living abroad in kyiv, Tuesday November 19, on franceinfo.

David Franck has lived in Ukraine for 12 years and after almost three years of war with Russia, he says “get used to everything” except “to the lack of reaction from the West”. “The Ukrainians are the shield of Europe and NATO and we must react, we must maintain it, we must help it,” he calls.

“We are all tired, but we cannot give up”says the consular advisor for Ukraine. “It is an existential, empirical war which no longer has any reason to exist. The whole empire will fall. So we are waiting for it to fall and everything suggests that it will fall”, estimates David Franck.

The Kremlin ruled “necessary”Tuesday, to expand the possibility of resorting to nuclear weapons after announcing that kyiv fired American long-range ATACMS missiles on its territory. David Franck believes that, from now on, “All red lines have been crossed by Russia.” “Our President Macron said: ‘I am not stopping myself from sending troops’ (February 26). But send troops!” asks David Frank.

“There are the North Koreans who are at the gates of Ukraine. What are we waiting for? We are in reaction. We must be in action. We are waiting for all the Ukrainians to die of cold and without electricity? We must act now”proclaimed the advisor to French people abroad in kyiv.
