Our Miss 2023, who participated in the competition, did not succeed in winning the grail. But she said she was “proud” and “happy” after her participation. “It’s okay, everything’s okay. A little disappointed, it's true, not to have gone further in the competition. But I tell myself that I was still classified. And it’s great,” she reacted, hotly, on her Instagram account, shortly after the evening. “In all cases, I am very happy with my performance. I am very happy with everything I have done. I had fun, that's the main thing. I am very happy and very proud to have represented France at Miss Universe, at 20 years old. I remain proud of myself and what I have accomplished,” she continued.

The last French woman to be elected Miss Universe was Iris Mittenaere. In 2016, in the Philippines, she became the 65th Miss Universe, the second French woman to hold this title, 63 years after Christiane Martel.
