Nothing to do for «Iron» Mike. Although almost 20 years have passed since he last set foot in a ring, Mike Tyson wanted to prove to the world that he still knows how to do it, but the weight of his 58 years has made itself felt, indeed. Those first two minutes were enough to drive the crowd crazy of the Dallas Cowboys facility, AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. «Iron, Iron, Iron», the screams of the audience, which served as the background to the match. Even in the second round Tyson had no mercy on Jake Paul: left, right, left hook. In short, a force of nature. But the tiredness started to show in the third round, when the YouTuber took the stage and appeared more aggressive, landing with a powerful right. And it was in the fourth round that Tyson began to feel the fatigue of the first rounds. Jake Paul took a breather and was more aggressive with a series of right hands and left hooks. Iron Mike defended himself, but also appeared less lucid in the fifth and sixth rounds. It was Jake Paul who held the initiative, but the 27-year-old was surprised by a left hook from the former world champion, and then defended himself properly. This brought us to the eighth (and final) round and there was an immediate back-and-forth between the two, but even in this case Iron Mike gave the idea of wanting to limit the damage. So much so that we have to honor Jake Paul, who will now be able to say not only that he did not collapse under Tyson’s blows, but that he also beat him.
