FC Porto defense is off the game sheet

Tiago Djaló was the player discarded by the national team coach, Roberto Martínez, for this Friday’s Portugal-Poland, in the penultimate round of the Nations League.

The dismissal of João Palhinha, due to injury, left the camp with 24 players, so that only one name had to be crossed out on the game sheet: the choice fell on the defender,

Samu Costa, who was not on the initial list, but was added later, due to the unavailability of Matheus Nunes and Pedro Gonçalves, is called up.

SELECTION CALLED UP FOR THE GAME WITH POLAND:

Goalkeepers: Diogo Costa, José Sá and Rui Silva;
Defenses: Nélson Semedo, Tomás Araújo, António Silva, Diogo Dalot, Renato Veiga, Nuno Tavares, Nuno Mendes, João Cancelo;
Midfielders: Samu Costa, Bruno Fernandes, Bernardo Silva, João Neves, Otávio and Vitinha;
Forwards: Cristiano Ronaldo, Francisco Trincão, João Félix, Rafael Leão, Pedro Neto and Francisco Conceição

Portugal-Poland is scheduled for 7:45 pm, at Estádio do Dragão. The quinas team is one point away from qualifying for the quarter-finals of the League of Nations.
