Anaïs confides her secret to Jude
At the roommate in the marshes, a doctor examines Anaïs after she underwent examinations at the hospital during the weekend. He advises her to stay calm, take care of herself and make an appointment with a psychologist. Once the doctor leaves, Milan finds Anaïs who explains to him that his tinnitus and his discomfort on Friday are due to stress. Milan expresses his anger towards Sam for hitting his girlfriend, but she claims he had nothing to do with it. She no longer wants to talk about it and prefers to find refuge in the arms of Milan. They kiss.
In the kitchen, Léonard and Vic are worried about Anaïs. But she assures them that everything is fine. At the same time, Teyssier arrives and decides that Anaïs should be replaced at Double A by Jude so that she can concentrate exclusively on tasting her event menu which will take place on Friday. Even though Anaïs tries to convince him that she can handle both without problem, she ends up giving in.
In the process, Teyssier announces to Jude that he will replace Anaïs at Double A. He chooses Vic to be his second. The latter then confides to Jude that Anaïs is not doing as well as she says. Furthermore, Vic is still wary of Milan and fears that his relationship with Anaïs could spiral out of control at any moment.
Meanwhile, Anaïs works in the studio with Milan and Léonard. She struggles to concentrate because she still suffers from tinnitus. While Milan insists that she take a break, Anaïs refuses and absolutely wants to continue working on her menu.
A little later, Milan meets Sam in the street. The latter swears that he did not hit Anaïs on purpose. The two boys reconcile, but Milan makes Sam promise not to approach his girlfriend again. After surprising them together, Enzo will repeat what he saw to Vic and Billie. Everyone is worried about Milan's bad influence on Anaïs.
For her part, Anaïs finds Jude in the park. The latter ensures that everything goes well with Milan, which the young woman confirms to him. She then suffers from tinnitus and ends up revealing to Jude that these symptoms have nothing to do with the attack she was the victim of. Indeed, during her examinations at the hospital, they discovered that she had a disease that was attacking her inner ear. Anaïs risks becoming deaf…
Coline reconciles with her mother
At the town café, Coline admits to Carla and Bérénice that she avoided her mother all weekend. The girls then advise him to stop ignoring her and take a step towards her, certain that she will eventually understand his choice.
At lunchtime, Coline meets her mother at the farm and brings her a dish she has prepared. She takes the opportunity to apologize for lying to him. Angèle admits that she was taken by surprise, but emphasizes that she does not doubt her ability to become a great chef. Coline is nevertheless worried about the fate of the farm, which is on the verge of bankruptcy. But Angèle retorts that it's not her place to worry about that.
Despite everything, Coline does not want to lose the farm. With Bérénice, she contacted most of the agricultural high schools in the region to try to find reinforcements. Otherwise, she knows her mother will have to close the door.
A little later, Coline and Bérénice are in the vegetable garden with Gaspard who informs them that the Institute's market gardener has died. Coline thinks that her mother could replace him. Bérénice, however, reminds him that Angèle may have difficulty accepting working in the same place as Rose. But Coline still wants to try.
Malik takes the melon
At the Workshop, chef Armand has the First and Second Year students work on a recipe. But the aim of the exercise is above all for the Second Years to supervise a student less experienced than them.
Malik finds himself paired with Mattéo whose lack of initiative and doubts he cannot stand. He therefore decides to take the entire recipe into his own hands. When Clotilde realizes this, she reproaches Malik for not having respected the instructions. The two boys received an 8/20.
After the class, Clotilde holds Malik back who tries to justify his actions by recalling that his gift allows him to recognize all the flavors of a dish and that Mattéo was not up to the task. The leader retorts that her skills should not take precedence over team spirit. She challenges him to criticize in writing one of his starters, a Camargue oyster with pear texture, and to return it to her the next day, specifying that it will be a graded exercise.
A little later, Maya finds Malik at the Workshop and notices that he is stuck on Chef Armand's exercise. The young man admits that he doesn't know how to phrase things. Maya advises him to do things sincerely without asking too many questions.
