The radio was ordered by the Paris industrial tribunal to pay more than 310,000 euros to the former co-hosts of its morning show, who left the radio due to the toxic management of Emmanuel Levy. The courts recognized the moral harassment to which they were victims.
Quadruple defeat for NRJ. The Paris industrial tribunal ruled this Friday, November 15 in favor of the employees in the lawsuit between the radio and five former employees, including a staff representative. A court decision which confirms the various revelations of Liberationsince April, on the deadly climate within the show Manu in 6/10, and on the pressure exerted by the channel to stifle the voices of the victims and protect their foal. The moral harassment exercised by Emmanuel Levy on three of his co-hosts, Isabelle Giami, Valentin Chevalier and Aude Fraineau, in particular during the 2022-2023 season, has been recognized. NRJ was ordered to pay them more than 100,000 euros each.
The majority of this sum corresponds to compensation for dismissal, contract reclassification, back pay, overtime and paid leave. But the judgment also condemns the channel to pay 10,000 euros in damages to the three former voices of the morning show, in compensation for the moral and career damage they suffered.
