CGU points out that Maurício Dziedricki, former deputy, sent funds to an NGO chaired by a campaign donor; report reaches the STF.
Look, guys, things are heating up in the corridors of Brasília. The CGU (Comptroller General of the Union) published an audit showing that former deputy Maurício Dziedricki (Podemos-RS) sent a Pix amendment in 2023 to an NGO led by an old acquaintance: nothing more, nothing less than a donor of your campaign. And this story was pulled after Minister Flávio Dino, from the STF, gave the green light, motivated by the “Farra das ONGs” series on the UOL.
The CGU focused on the ten NGOs that pocketed the most amendments last year, and guess what? This one, chaired by the former deputy's donor, made the list. The report has just come out of the oven and is already in the hands of the Supreme Court.
Now, what everyone wants to know is: will this relationship between public funds and campaign supporters lead to more than just talk? We have to wait and see, but one thing is certain: the buzz has already started and promises to continue for a long time.
