A man with orange laces, arrested Tuesday November 12, is suspected of several attempted homicides. He had been wanted for several days. Cameroonian, under the influence of an OQTF, he allegedly killed a homeless person in Lyon.
In images released by the Dutch police on November 5, a man with a concrete block on his head enters a museum in Rotterdam. He checks that he is alone and strikes a sleeping homeless man several times with a concrete block. The latter is still in a coma. The suspect, aged 32 and of Cameroonian nationality, often travels by train and goes back and forth between the Netherlands and France, where he is suspected of the murder of a homeless man in Lyon (Rhône) and of several attacks in Dijon (Côte-d'Or), Évry (Essonne) or even Strasbourg (Bas-Rhin).
The police had difficulty apprehending the individual placed under OQTF. He was arrested on a train in Toulon (Var) on the evening of Tuesday November 12, when controllers were alerted by a 26-year-old passenger who had been attacked. Placed in police custody, the suspect is being interviewed. DNA analyzes are underway.
